Born and raised in Southern California, Tim’s early work in resort hotels and his education in Business Management earned him a place on the Advisory Council on Hospitality for his Alma Mater. His 20+ year Hospitality career culminated in management of units across multiple states to include acquisitions, strategy, planning, renovations, and operations.

A Georgia homegrown, Matt's professional career spans the tech, hospitality, and entertainment industries. He earned his Bachelor's in Business Management from Georgia Southern University. With over 20+ years in management including operations, strategy, forecasting, development, and compliance, his focus is now on utilizing those skills to help homeowners on their journeys and investors with their portfolios.
